Office/Industrial Move Process
Pre-Move
Arrow begins their process with an informational meeting at your office with all the key people who will be involved in the moving process. We will address questions and concerns and review moving and packing instructions. Our move specialist will distribute information regarding packing, projected move dates, and the like. This meeting is extremely valuable to the participating members to ensure a successful office move. A facility blue print for destination will be helpful to both the movers and your employees so everything gets placed and labeled properly. Once all the information is presented a material delivery will occur depending on who will be packing all the items in the office. Placards and directional signs will be placed in high traffic areas to help guide the movers to the proper location.
Move
It's moving day! First, our crew will complete a walk through of your business to check the designated equipment and crew list and ensure everything has been accounted for. They will recheck origin and destination accesses and meet the key contact for the move. Next, the crew will prepare the facility for the move. This entails floor, elevator, and wall protection to minimize property damage. Finally, Arrow's crew will begin the loading and delivery stages which involve removing, padding, loading, stacking, and delivering all items to the new office location. When each phase of the job is completed a final walk through will be performed with your designated representative and the crew supervisors to ensure everything has been moved into its proper place.
Post-Move
You have unpacked and are getting settled in to your new facility. Materials not used will be picked-up and credited (100%) to the company. Once your staff has completed the unpacking of all items, Arrow Moving & Storage will pick-up all the boxes. A pamphlet with all of the details will be handed out during the pre-move phase and meetings.
