Meet the Coordinators

Finding the right school for your kids, figuring out where the grocery store is, turning on your electricity…you have a lot on your mind when you move. We understand how stressful this time can be. That is why at Arrow Moving & Storage every customer is assigned a professional Move Coordinator. Your experienced Move Coordinator specializes in customer service. They will attend to all your relocation needs and will work with you every step of the way to ensure a quality move from start to finish. Everything is taken care of, leaving you with no worries and peace of mind so you can concentrate on more important things, like where to hang that picture.

Katie Culverson I'm the new kid on the block here at Arrow and I couldn't be more excited. You see, I have a little experience being the new kid: as a child in a military family I have moved all across the country. I know first-hand all the anxieties, fears and hassles that go along with all that newness of moving. But that's where I come in. As an Arrow Move Coordinator I will work closely with you and your family to help ease the transition. My title should really be called “Stress Killer” because that's what I do; I take care of all the details and ensure your move is smooth and stress-free. I will work hard to make all the new a good thing.

Tricia S Possessing a long work history within the 'business world', allows me to confidently offer strong customer skills developed through a diverse professional career. My focus has always been 'customer-driven' and, I have always enjoyed the challenge of the inevitable re-locating that we all experience at one time or another. I am certain that my skills, experience and the "power of teamwork" here at Arrow Mayflower, will assist our customer's before, during and after their move. By providing a professional interest in their moving process, our customer's will have experienced a good feeling about Arrow Mayflower Movers and its hard-working people. As a Coordinator, my goal and my purpose are to gain customers who will be true advocates of Arrow Moving and Storage.

Veronica Cannon Name a city; chances are I've moved someone there or close to it. I have been in the moving industry my entire career. I know all the trials, tribulations and troubles that go along with moving. But I also know, it doesn't have to be that way. At least not when you work with me, or any of the Arrow Move Coordinators. My number one focus is always my customer. I will work closely with you to ensure your move is a positive experience. I take great pride in ensuring my customers' moves are trial, tribulation and trouble free.

Bobby Jo Martinez I love my job. Moving, storage, logistics, it doesn't sound very glamorous and maybe it isn't, but to me it's so exciting. Because really, moving is all about the customer and making sure each and every customer gets the best service and experience possible. And for the past 23 years, as a customer service professional, that's what I've done: work to ensure complete customer satisfaction. As a Move Coordinator for Arrow I continue that trend working closely with my customers to make their move stress-free, hassle-free and maybe even a little fun; what's not to love about that?
